I've uploaded new code to
1. embed binary data in an Excel workbook, useful for
compressing or encrypted data, or for bundling setup files
2. insert a "digital signature" of your own in a workbook,
useful for older versions of Excel and even the latest
versions, if you don't have a certified signature
3. get around the Outlook permission dialog that pops up
if you access Outlook address lists

Free code to connect Excel to the internet, encrypt, use
the Windows API and lots more
