New Guy Question

Hi all,

I am a new to PDS programming and am a little confused. In my Project
I have custom fields of type Outline Code and Text. I issue the
following command:

<Request>
<ProjectCodeValues>
<ProjectID>40</ProjectID>
</ProjectCodeValues>
</Request>

But I only get back the Outline Code fields. No text fields at all.
Why is this? I have gone through the reference about a million times
with no clear direction.
