New help with setting up printing

I am helping a friend with a 50th class reunion. I am uning a booklet style
and have the middle two pages as a picutre, and a front and back cover. The
pages in the middle will be class mates in alphibetical order. Not sure how
to set up the pages between the cover and the center. Total of 12 pages with
1 being front 12 being back and 6 & 7 being the picture in the middle. I need
to know where to start the bios on all the classmates to make them come out
in order in the booklet. Thanks in advamce.

Mike,

I do a lot of newsletters similar to yours. I have found an easy way to do
newsletters with multiple pages.

Lay out your pages in page number order. In your case, pages 6 & 7 would be
pages 6 & 7 in Publisher. There is a piece of software called ClickBooks.
It isn't expensive, but when you print your file, you print to their driver.
It rearranges the pages into the correct order, front and back, to print the
booklet.

From Clickbooks, I print to a PDF and send off to my printer.

Hope this helps,
Gilley

Publisher also presents the pages in the correct order and will print front to back
in the correct order as long as the page setup is a booklet. There is no need for a
separate piece of software. The order is maintained when printed to a PDF printer as
well.
