New History Item > Group Calendar

Hello,

I just installed a BCM system in our office and I have a slight
conundrum: We use our boss's calendar, which syncs via BES to her
BlackBerry, as our office's main calendar. Now, when we enter a new
appointment via New History Item within a BCM contact, the appointment
is added to our personal calendars.

Is there any way to direct the new appointment (via New History Item
menu) to a specific user's folder?
