Hi, I am on IMAP, and sometimes an entire year of messages in my entourage vanish for no reason. I was able to get help from support on my desktop, but i have used all my free service calls. This is now happening on my laptop, and i am hoping someone can help. I believe we created a new identity, while deleting the older one, and retyping all my info for a new account. Tis worked perfectly on my desktop, but i dont want to make any mistakes for my laptop. ANy suggestions?

Before you try anything else, try updating Entourage all the way to
12.1.7 if it hasn't ben done before then launch Entourage pressing the
Option key down.
You will then be able to rebuild your identity. THat might fix your
issue,
