new incoming mail does not go to incoming folding

Since recently installing Norton 360, my new incoming e-mail mesaages go to
an unread mail subfolder inside of a search folder, instead of going to the
Inbox. How do I correct it so my new mail goes to my inbox?

it goes to your inbox... the unread search folder is only a search folder!
go to your inbox and check the View setup (VIEW / CURRENT VIEW / CUSTOMIZE
CURRENT VIEW or VIEW / ARRANGE BY
