New indvidual form not saving

Can any one help??
I have imported data from a spreadhseet into 3 separate tables, which are
all linked by employee number. Using the wizard I have then set-up a
corresponding form and the data from the tables is now correctly showing as
120 employee form records. When I now go to add a new employee using the
form, the new data is transferred to the tables but form record 121 does not
save.

Without knowing how your tables are related, how you're transferring the data,
or what you're using as the form's Recordsource it's impossible to say.
