Hello again
I'm trying to get my head around the basics of Infopath by using
videos on the NET
I created a standard form linked to a database with a query and send
button
After a while, I noticed that if I used the query button first and
got a result in several fields and then erased the info, replaced it
with new info and then sent it, the new info would replace the old
info in Access
So my question is how to stop others from erasing old correct info and
replacing it with new info?
Sometimes you might want to change old wrong info but you don't want
people making a query on one name, getting results to check and then
trying to enter completely new info about someone else and erasing the
last queried line by mistake
Hope this makes sense
Thanks in advance
