New install of Access says Cannot find object 'Databases' for old.

I recently re-installed Access 2003, which works fine with new databases but
responds to atempts to load previous databases with the message that the Jet
engine cannot find object 'Databases'. What does this mean and what can I do
about it?

Hi,

Try downloading the latest version of the Microsoft JET Database Engine,
see:

How to obtain the latest service pack for the Microsoft Jet 4.0 Database
Engine

I hope this helps! If you have additional questions on this topic, please
