new install of outlook 2007

I installed 2007 enterprise and tried to set up outlook. I received the
following error...(cannot open your default email folder. an unexpected error
has occured. MAPI was unable to load the information service msncon.dll. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured)

How do I get this to work I am using Vista Business with all current updates

This means you have a mail profile configured with an Outlook Connector
account and then later uninstalled the Outlook Connector. Either reinstall
the Outlook Connector or create a new mail profile via Control Panel-> Mail
