New install with existing WSS. Use it, or Create new?

I have a virtual server for WSS already running. When I run the Sharepint
configuration Wizard for Project. Should I use the existing virtual server or
create new one. Will it mess up anything already in the existing WSS server
virtual server that is running. What are the pro& cons of creating new or
using existing?

Jay:

Running the WSS wiz on an existing site will remove any customizations
you've made to that site. If you haven't customized the site, you may be
good to go.
