New install

Yesterday, I wiped 98SE and did a clean install on blank partition.
Installed Office 2k. I had some backup iaf files for Outlook to restore.
Thing is, I lost track of which one was most recent. I restored all 3. I
ended up with 3 independent personal folders directly attached to Outlook
root folder.

I right-clicked the less up-to-date personal folders, and had no option to
delete these personal folders. The selection to delete the personal folder
was grayed outI did find the personal folder deletion in the customize,
commands section under file description. Was not available in any menu bar
in Outlook though. The help character asked me if I wanted to hide the
other non-up-to-date personal folders, which I agreed to. It hid these,
myself thinking there would be some obvious way to view these again if
needed. I couldn't find a way for that either.

Now, when I open Outlook, it asks me for password for the contacts folder as
soon as I open Outlook. I know the password, and can view contacts.
However, I found if I press cancel for the password, I can still view the
contacts folder contents. So, am guessing its one of the other two contacts
folders I can no longer see.

So, I have a big mess. I tried the Office repair, and nothing changed.
Have SP1A installed.

How do I remove the unseen, invisible Personal folders?
Will removing same stop the prompt for a password for contacts when opening
Outlook?
Is there anyway to remove all that I've restored, then just restore the one
iaf file that is most up to date?
If not, is there anyway of completely uninstalling Outlook using the Office
CD, then reinstalling Outlook without it remembering all the problems I've
created?

I ordered the Office 2K SP3 CD from MS. Will this bring me most up to date,
or is there more to download for security purposes?
