New installation of Project Server 2007 - Help !!

Hi,

Ive downloaded the trial verson of project server 2007 for evaluation.

I have put it on a server running server 2003 and sql server 2005, and
when I try to browse to the sharepoint central administration webpage,
all I get is a message saying Service Unavailable.

The application pool is set up with the identity network
administration, and even when I change this to me who has sa rights on
the database I get no difference in the message.

Can someone please point me in the right direction ?

are the 'www' and 'IIS' services are running on the box?

also try accessing from another box, as 2003 sp2 has issues with clients
connecting to themselves....
