I bought "Office XP Standard for Students and Teachers"
today and was surprised to learn that I could only use it
on one computer.
I need the same program on my desktops at home and in my
office and on my notebook for use when lecturing
elsewhere.
Can I get permission to do this from MS, must I buy two
more copies or is there another way?
Can I load and run it from a USB flash drive and then use
it on any computer with the necessary supporting
components?
Is this problem a feature exclusively for this version of
Office XP or can I buy another personal version which I
can load on my present or future computers as with my copy
of Office Professional 97?
An early response would be most helpful...
