I'm using: Outlook 2003/Windows XP Pro SP2/SBS2003/Exchange
Using public folders for new emails, faxes is fine but new 'unread' items
are not shown in the same way as in local folders (IE folder name in bold
with number of unread items in square brackets). This means that we have to
keep opening folders to see whether anything's arrived.
Surely such a basic and important feature can't have been overlooked. How
does Exchange provide an indication to users of new items in public folders?
