New Journal entry for contact in Outlook 2007

hi,
I want to create a new Journal entry for a specific Contact (in Oulook 2007).
I don't want to automatically record.

When I create new Journal entry in the Journal I can click Address Book and
select að Contac but were can I see my selection in the new Journal window?

Also if I have the Contact open in the Contact section of Outlook is it
possible to add a journal entry form there. I know you can right click the
contect (if it is not open) and select Create - New journal entry for contact.

Hope you can direct me to the right path.
