Avishkar

I have a new laptop purchased recently..it has the trial version of microsoft
office home and student 2007..its meant to be a 60 day trial version..but
even on the microsoft website, it says u need the product key to activate the
trial before the 60day trial begins..at the moment i've been given a limited
number of times that i can open office word for example..i can only open up
microsoft office another six times before it probably expires or
something...and my laptop is two days old! so where do i find this 25 digit
product key to activate the 60 day trial???

Usually on the paperwork supplied with your laptop.
It will be locked after xx useage, ie you wont be able to add/edit a doc

Hi Avishkar
Put your cd in the drive, click on my computer then right click on the cd
drive then click on explore and your should see a tab saying cd key or
something.
If not click on each one in turn untill you find it then write it down.
But it should of come with all your documents on a slip of paper.

Eh? I've never heard that one before.....MS do NOT put product activation
keys on CDs, and besides, the trial was pre-installed....
