New laptop with Office Sml Business Upgrade need help

Can I do a data transfer from desktop to new laptop and then do the install
Office small business?

Uninstall any Office trial version together with any Activation assistant
first, then reboot the laptop
You can transfer/copy data via media or across a network connection.
Install Office from your media
The installation of Office depends on the type of licence for your edition
of Office SB you have. If its an OEM edition you cannot install it on
another PC
