hey there
In outlook in the contacts section i go Actions>New Letter To Contact which
opens the letter wizard in word. Now no matter how hard i try i cant add my
template to the "choose a page design" drop down. I could manually go to word
and select the template from File>New>Letters & Faxes template etc but i
would then have to fill in all the details of the contact i want in by hand.
Ive set my locations to the templates and they show up in the templates
section but for some reason they just wont appear int the page design section
of the letter wizard!
could any one please help me?
