I can not find the the option of sending a letter to a contact in outlook
2007. It was a feature I used a lot. I am not talking a but a mail merge
but a single letter to a single contact. is it gone or if not where is it?

You do it from within Word. Add the Addressbook icon to your QAT....

And yes, feature was removed from Outlook 2007. It never worked very well
and did nothing you can't do with the Insert Address Function in Word.

Did you get an anwser that works? The 2 replies that were posted weren't
helpful to me and I, like you, used that feature alot. Any help is
appreciated.

You want some made up answer or the facts?
Feature is gone. None of us can change that.

In 2007 it's done from Word. Just add the Addressbook icon to your QAT....

It is a corporate decision to frustrate people who continue to use actual
paper letters.

Besides, it is just too incredibly difficult to program. You would have to
move the name and address fields into a new Word document.

I really don't know why it even worked at all in previous versions of Word.
Every time I used the feature my CPU utilization locked up at 99% for about
five minutes while all the crunching took place.

You just can't please some people no matter how hard you try.
