New mail going to 'Folders on My Computer'instead of Exchange Inbox

I have approximately 65 Macs all running 10.4.11 with Entourage patched to the latest version. Two of these computers are reporting the same problem:
New mail is not going to their Exchange Inbox, but rather going directly to the Inbox under 'Folders on My Computer.'

I have checked both computers and neither has any rules - at all. I se no physical reason why the new mail is going to this 'offline' folder instead of the real inbox.

Did you check the Mailing List Manager rules? This is usually the culprit
for this problem.
