Hi,
I have read several threads here regarding the behavior of Outlook 2007 in
which new messages are not automatically displayed in the Inbox of Outlook
2007. It doesn't appear that anyone has found a solution.
When I am notified in the task bar that a new message has been received
nothing happens in the Outlook Inbox. If I navigate to a different folder,
and then back to the Inbox, the list of messages refreshes and the new mail
is shown.
This appears to be an intermittent problem. I originally began
troubleshooting this problem about a month ago, and then the problem went
away for some reason. I have consistently been displaying new mail in the
Inbox until a few days ago. Now it is back. I don't know of anything that
changed.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem?
Thanks
Jeff
