Is it possible to set up new mail notification for shared mailboxes? I have 7
users sharing a mailbox; along with their own personal mailbox. They are
unaware when the secondary box has a delivery.
I've gone into a test desktop and configured outlook so that it has become
the primary instead of secondary. The alert is set in tools but only that
particular desktop is alerted when mail arrives.
Can this be branched out to those who have access? So that everyone knows
when a new message has arrived?
