New Meeting Attendee via Updated Meeting issue

When a new attendee is added to a meeting request and sent an "Updated
Meeting" anouncement. The new attendee cannot see all original members for
that meeting. They only get to see the meeting organizer that updated them.

This has been requested because users will sometimes base their acceptance
or rejection of the meeting on who is attending.. (not really a reason in my
book.. but)

Running:
Exchange Server 2003
Outlook 2002
