Regarding Outlook 2003.
Can someone tell me how the windows that open when you click "New" or
"Reply" are somehow "different" than the main Outlook window?
I know the question seems odd, but here's why I'm asking.
I'm trying to troubleshoot a problem that seems to be related to Outlook's
Address Book. If I'm at Outlook's "main" window and click to open the
Address Book, it opens it without a problem.
However, if I try to "access" it either by clicking on the small icon left
of "To:" or by clicking on the little Address Book icon in the menu bar -
Outlook freezes completely.
So there must be something "different" about how Outlook "accesses" the
Address Book between these 2 windows that causes this problem.
Also, what would be the best way to resolve this issue?
thx,
bob
