My new message window size always opens as a full screen. I want the smaller
screen as the default size. When I adjust the window size then close the
window and reopen, it works fine. If I close Outlook, reopen Outlook and open
new mail message I am back to full screen. The save my settings wizard did
not work for me and the instructions I found in the knowledge base didn't
help either.
