new message zoom is set to 200%

When I go to create a new message or a reply, the zoom is set to 200%. It's
kind of annoying, and I can't find a way to set this to just use 100%. I
found the zoom button on the "format text" tab of the Ribbon, but when I
close and reopen outlook, it reverts back to 200%.

Any ideas?
