Any new message I receive does not appear in bold. Additionally, the status
icon for all my messages just recently change to display an envelope with a
piece of paper in front of it instead of the usual open envelope for read
message and the closed envelope for unread message. Does anyone know how to
rectify this so that all my unread messages as soon as they arrive are bold?
