Workstations running Outlook 2003, Exchange Server 2000
Some users are able to send but do not appear to receive e-mail. In reality,
e-mail shows up in inbox folder on exchange server but does not appear at
workstation. Can copy and paste new mail into subfolder within inbox on
server and then e-mail will show on workstation.
Have removed workstations from domain, deleted user account (along with
exchange folder), recreated user, and joined workstation back to domain. This
appeared to work for a day or so.....then the problem came back. Have setup
"faulty" workstations with profiles of users that have exact same setup but
do not have this problem - these users still send and receive mail with no
problems on the "faulty" workstations.
This must be a user issue, but I don't know where to go from here. Any
suggestions?
