I'm a brand new Mac user and just setting up Entourage for the first time. When I first accessed the program it gave me the available Microsoft newsgroups. Then I added an account and it gave me the full list of newsgroups and I was able to access one. After no more than 10 seconds Entourage shut down unexpectedly and since then the option to get new newsgroups has been greyed out. Any idea how I fix this?

I'm a brand new Mac user and just setting up Entourage for the first time.
When I first accessed the program it gave me the available Microsoft
newsgroups. Then I added an account and it gave me the full list of newsgroups
and I was able to access one. After no more than 10 seconds Entourage shut
down unexpectedly and since then the option to get new newsgroups has been
greyed out. Any idea how I fix this?¡¡

Not sure what happened. Delete in the newsgroups and start over. To delete,
select the Microsoft news server. Enter Mac in the search box, this should
highlight the groups you have subscribed to. Select newsgroup and at the top
click on unsubscribe. Quit Entourage and restart your computer. Now test. If
you still have problems, test in a new Identity. If the problem goes away
then try rebuilding your Identity.
