New Office 200 Install query - Outlook

M

Mr Wiffy

I currently have Office XP, and want to revert to Office 2000 for various
reasons. If I uninstall my version of XP, will I lose my Outlook PST files,
or will they be picked up automatically during the new Office 2000 install?
I obviously want to retain my email and folders, addresses, etc on the
subsequent install, along with my account settings if possible.

Thanks in advance

Ian

Data files and documents are never touched during an upgrade/downgrade.
However,it is always wise to make a backup.
