new office button menu (Like PDF menu)

Hello,

I have an excel table to manage my contacts. I can export my excel table to
a csv file and then 'customize' it to import into outlook.
But I would like to create a new menu in the office button to export
directly in the right csv format.
I looking for an C# or VB solution.
