New Office Document & Open Office Document shortcut missing at Start Menu?

After I upgrade to Office 2003, the
New Office Document & Open Office Document shortcut are missing in Start
Menu. I try to repair using the add/remove feature but it still doesnt
recover the missing shortcut! HELP!
