New Office Document Preview

Hi folks,

I have saved some word templates, I selected the option "File |
Properties | Save Preview Picture" within the word doc. When I go to
"Start | All Programs | New Office Document" and I click the mouse only
once over the word doc I get a little preview picture of it on the
right hand side.

My problem is this, on an excel doc if I select the same option "Save
Preview Picture", then I go into "New office document" there is no
picture, all it states is "No Preview Available".

Why can I only get this to work on word templates and not excel?
