New Office Document shortcut misbehaving

Hi,

We have user templates stored on each user's profile and workgroup
templates in a file on our server.

On one of our workstations (which is running Office 2000 on Windows
2000) the New Office Document shortcut on the Start menu only offer
the User templates, not the workgroup templates.

When I go into Word and choose File>New, I do see all the templates,
and the correct location is shown in Tools>Options>File locations.

I have seen this problem discussed on this list a couple of years ago,
but no solution was given. Does anyone know how to fix it?
