New Office

Currently you can purchase software assurance plans that
allow you to recieve a free upgrade to new versions of
the same software (within a set time limit). Since Office
2003 is currently out, and you can only purchase the
software assurance for 2 years, does anyone think there
will be a new Office within the next 2 years? It sounds
to me as if this is a waste of money, as I have not heard
anything about an Office 2004, or an Office 2005. Is
there a website I could go to to see when new versions of
Office and Windows are to be released?

Office 12 is currently in the process of being developed but Microsoft has
not announced any time period for its beta release, let alone a RTM release.
(The current Office product, Office 2003, is Office 11).
