New Outlook 2003

Hello, I am new to outlook 2003. I generally use OE. I have MS Word, PPT, & Outlook Student/Teacher edition. I, however, use Outlook 2000 at work and know my way around that pretty well )

Here are my questions in regards to Outlook 2003

a.. Where can I locate the Wizard Button? (Is there such a thing?) - sorry if I sound stupid, but I cannot locate the wizard for the life of me.
b.. Where can I locate the delete/block sender feature? Again, I cant find it anywhere.
c.. I have attempted to set up my 3 email accounts through Outlook 03, and keep OE strictly for my school newsgroups. Every time the email set up is a success, I end up losing the "NEWS" button that will/should take me to OE. Am I doing something wrong? Before I set up email accounts in Outlook the "news" button is there - however, it is not under the GO tab as I am told it should appear there...how can I do that?

A simple link that can help answer all these questions will suffice as I know how busy these rooms get.

However, if there are some text responses you can provide me to some of the questions above, I would be most appreciative. Thank you for your time.

Tools, rules and alerts
b.. Where can I locate the delete/block sender feature? Again,

Tools, options, junk email option

Sorry, not sure - I always launch OE separately (I also use it as my news
client). I've never really seen much advantage to launching it from outlook.

You're most welcome - the newsgroups are indeed a valuable resource. I think
you mean "faring" well, though. ;-)
