New Outlook will not start

upgrading to 2003 from XP, Outlook shuts down with "No Profile found".
Naturally if I cannot start it, I cannot check the profile info, which was
fine on Outlook XP. Now of course I have nothing because the install removed
the old version and won't start the new. I am using OE while I try to find
the profile info file it needs. Anyone out there know what I need? Where to
find it? I have another machine running Office 2003. CAn I take the file from
there? What is it?

Thanks

Doug
