new page please

Hi,

I want to make a report displaying all children of our school per year

To point out the year I use 3 fields:

Year
Class
Section

example:
1 observation A
1 observation B
2 logistics A
2 logistics B

The way I get it now:

All children are correctly displayed sorted by name, but, always 5 per
page. I get
page 1: 5 children form 1 observation A, header is 1 observation A
page 2: 3 children form 1 observation A, 2 from 1 observation B, header
is 1 observation A
page 3: 5 children form 1 observation B, header is 1 observation B

So, I need a new page when year changes form A to B to C...
Or Class changes form 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 to 5

can somebody please explain what to do?

In report design, click on the groups/sorting button and choose to group by
year and/or class. For each you can choose if you want to see a group
header or footer. You may want to move some column headings into new header
groups in report design. From report design, bring up the properties of the
new footer or headers, and in the Format tab you will see the 'Force New
Page' option that lets you select a new page before or after the section
changes.
