Why is it when I go to additional pages inside my site the banner on the top
cannot be renamed, if it is, the change occurs on all my pages. How do you
have the same banner on ever page, with a different heading inside it appear?

Because your site is using shared borders, when means that whatever is in a shared border area of a
page will appear on all page with that shared border enabled.

Format Shared Borders
- unselect the checkboxes and select for all pages
