Just got a new Windows 7 PC.
Installed my Office 2007 (Home and Student) suite onto the PC. During
installation, Windows "accepted" the Product key.
After installation, I started Word so that I could "activate" my Office
2007. When I enter my product key during the activation process, Windows
tells me I have entered an incorrect key.
The only explanation I can think of is that apparently the PC came with a
free trial of Office 2007 (I discovered this after I tried to activate my
Office 2007), and maybe somehow Windows is confused about which product key
it should be accepting.
I purchased Outlook 2007 separately, and I am having the same problem with it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike
