New Printer -- Print Icon Doesn't Work .. Sort of ...

I just installed a new printer -- an HP laserjet 2015d

On our Mac we have multiple user accounts and everything works well in
my (the admin account and the one I used to install the printer) user
account.

In my wife's user area when she rolls the cursor over the printer icon
it shows as "print" and has the correct printer name but when she
clicks the icon to print Word flashes in the internal modem then
nothing. When you hit "command P" or "print" on the file drop down
menu the document prints. In my user area CMD P, Print and the
printer icon all work.

Any thoughts?

I'm running Word 2004 for Mac version 11.3.8 on a G5 iMac with OSX
10.4.11
