New Project Center events do not synchronize for one user

I have a client using the Project Center feature in Entourage
2004...only 8 users here...one person out of the 8 is having some
issues syncing their data for one particular project...everything
worked well up until a few weeks ago (not certain if it coincided w/ an
OS update)...I thought it was the iTunes 6.0.2 issue (he was also
having the Disk Utility problem) but w/ the reinstallation of 10.3.9
Combo update, it did not fix the Project Center issue but was now able
to successfully run repair Permissions...

I also performed the following:
- delete the files in the System & User's Caches folders
- run "all tasks" in MacJanitor
- update prebindings
- delete Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Entourage preferences
- delete Project, re-join Project
- rebuild Entourage database

I had 2 users (one of the users is the guy w/ this problem) create 2
new test Projects, invite each other to the Projects & had both of them
submit new events in both Projects - all worked perfectly...so it seems
to be Project & user specific...

This problem is running on a 10.3.9 Panther G5 system...other than
reinstalling Office 2004, I am at a loss...any and all ideas are
welcome...
