new project for Outlook COM Add-in from VB .NET?

I'm creating an Outlook COM Add-in using VB .NET. I have Randy
Byrne's book "Building Applications with Microsoft Outlook, Version
2002" that has step by step instructions for creating the add-in from
VB 6 and also his article "Building Outlook 2002 Add-ins with Visual
Basic .NET". The VB 6 instructions start with a new project, Outlook
COM Addin, which i don't find in my new project choices in .NET. The
sample code that comes with the .NET article includes a sample project
already filled out. Where can i find a virgin COM Addin new project for
VB .NET and instructions on setting it up?
