is it possible to create a site for some projects from some "site template",
in which already exists (not blank , with some elements) RISKS and ISSUES
lists?

There is a type-o on the command prompt syntax. Quotation marks are needed
around the title parameter. ( stsadm.exe –o addtemplate –f <filename> -t
“<title>†)


Man, we just found this on the weekend, having searched for ever. It is a
jewel. The only reference I know of that helps the PWA Administrator set up
a template so that all projects have the same set of columns/fields for risks
or issues!
