Have been working on and off with project for last 8 years.. New project to
manage.. Adding dump bodies to truck frames... 300 trucks, 5 basic tasks
1. Frame setup 3h
2. Electrical 5h
3. Hydraulics 6h
4. Add Dump Body 3h
5. Testing 2h

truck moves to specified areas of work as avail.
Would also like to include detail subtasks..
Would Master / Sub Project work?

I would NOT user master projects. I would simply use one project, and
"indent" tasks under the 5 basic tasks you listed. The basic tasks then
become "summary tasks". Simple, fast and effective.

There are about 15 subtasks for each of these 5 tasks. It looks like a huge
ball of string with 300 trucks and numerous lags. I need to allocate all
resources for the tasks, material and labor. A little different from others
I have done.. Looking for ideas... Thanks..
