When creating new Proposals - Importing it from Sharepoint Lists, can the
mapping of WSS fields to Project Server Enterprise fields be modified?
By default, the mapping of WSS list fields to PS 2007 enterprise
custom fields is not configurable. So, it does not allows us to map the
WSS list fields to PS enterprise fields. The present functionality
basically is creating a new Proposal with multiple tasks imported from
Sharepoint.
What we want is to create a new Proposal (Project Idea) and bring in the
WSS list fields information into PS 2007 enterprise fields. We are
collecting a lot of 'summary of business objectives', 'benefits' etc.
information in the WSS 'project idea' collection list. We want to be
able to import that data into PS 2007 Proposal.
