new record database asp

I follow the DRW, My web server has FP Extensions, ASP and all that happy
stuff. field1.asp works just fine, the records already in the database show
and everything. However, the web form's subimission does NOT Result in
updating a new record as advertised. I've tried uploading via FTP, and
publishing web. Page:
www.HyruleRP.com/field1.asp
I don't know how to input code into here, so I made this page to just show
the asp code:

Please offer any assistance as to this error.

I'm sorry, I meant .txt. It's www.HyruleRP.com/field1.txt for the listed
code... I hope you can help me now... it might be a Frontpage bug, but I hope
it's a more simple answer
