I don't mean to sound like a Ludite but ....
Why do we get force fed changes when a new releases appears. I would want to
be offered new features, but be able to retain existing ones. Moving from
a personalised Win2000 Outlook to XP and Outlook 2003. I have had to remove
the unhelpful today/this week groupings from all my folders and sub-folders,
I loose the ability to select one of a number of personal signatures within a
new e-mail, I loose my Shortcuts pannel on the left, I have yet another set
of Icons, I have found (at last) how to turn off the Reader feature, etc etc..
The gist of my comment is, by all means add to the functionality, but don't
remove or change what was there and working.
