New report created but can not be opened by another employee.

I have created a report on a DB that is part from another DB and the
information that the Admin enters. I can pull the report and a new employee
vcan not open the report. What could be the possible fix for this problem.
I have created a form and she had no problem opening that but not the report.

She does have access to the static DB and I have added the DB tables.

How can I fix the problem with the Reports not being able to open?

What version of Access is she using?

Can she open other reports in this database?

What happens if she changes her default printer to a local printer (not a
network printer)? She doesn't have to hook up another printer; just try a
completely different printer driver.

The verision is Access 2003. She can not open any Reports. The purpose of
the report is for viewing various data in one location. It is set up where
the request for a loan number to be entered, pull the information and after
review can be closed. No need to print the report.

I eventually would like to have a macro that would open this report and then
a record and then another report published in word. This would simplify the
job.

If she cannot open any reports in any database (not even the Northwind
sample database that installs with Access), there is a problem with her
printer driver.

Follow the steps suggested.

Access uses the printer driver metrics to calculate the report. If there is
no printer, or a network printer Access can't figure out, or a bad printer
driver, it is unable to design, view, or print reports.
